Privacy Policy

This policy covers information submitted to Firefly Holdings Group LLC through the free website audit request form at fireflytek.com/audit. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form:

Your name and email address
Your business name and website address
Your phone number, if you choose to give it
Anything you write in the notes field

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party pixels on this page.

What we do with your website address

We will visit and scan the website you submit. That is the entire point of the audit. Our software loads your public pages the same way a visitor’s browser does, and records what it finds — page titles, links, forms, load times, security settings, and how the pages appear on a phone. We only look at pages that are already publicly visible. We do not attempt to log in, do not test or bypass security, and do not access anything behind a password.

This is why the form asks you to confirm you own the site or are authorized to represent the business that does. We record that confirmation, along with the exact wording you agreed to and the date, so there is a clear record that the scan was requested.

How we use your information

To run the audit and prepare your report
To send you that report and follow up about it
To answer you if you contact us
To keep our own records of who requested what, and when

If you later become a client, this information becomes part of your client record.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with data brokers, advertisers, or marketing lists. We do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for. We do not publish your audit results or name your business as an example without asking you first, in writing.

Who else can see it

Your information is handled by Izak Climer. A small number of service providers necessarily process it in order for the form and our email to function — the form and hosting provider that receives your submission, and our email provider. They act on our instructions and do not use your information for their own purposes.

We would disclose information if the law required it. If that ever happened, we would tell you unless we were legally prohibited from doing so.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a client, we keep your submission and audit for up to two years, then delete it. If you do become a client, we keep your records for as long as we work together and for seven years afterward, which is the normal retention period for business records.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete your information, or stop contacting you. Email izak@fireflytek.com and we will action it within 30 days. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.

If you ask us to delete your information and you are not a client, we delete it. If you are a client, we may need to keep records required for tax or legal reasons, and we will tell you exactly what those are.

Security

Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. We limit access to your information to what is needed to do the work. No system is perfect; if information were ever exposed in a way that put you at risk, we would tell you promptly and tell you what we were doing about it.

Children

This form is for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting information we already hold will be emailed to the people affected.
